Ogou in Black Border on Burgundy
A fiery spirit, associated with aggression and weaponry, Ogou is connected with Saint Jacques Le Majeur, the conqueror on horseback who is always successful in battle. This is the veve or symbolic design for Ogou as created on the floor of Vodou temples prior to ceremonies honoring his strength.
